Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g potatoes
  • 100 g spring onions
  • ½ bunch radishes
  • 1 bag(s) of ready-made salad dressing mix (yogurt)
  • ½ tbsp quark (cream quark)
  • ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the potatoes and drain. Peel the potatoes, trim the spring onions, and finely chop everything. Mix the ready-made mixture and the quark into a sauce and pour it over the dish. Chop the parsley and add it. This goes very well with fried haddock.
