Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 100 g herb cream cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp ajvar
- salt and pepper
- 150 ml cream
- some milk, if necessary
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Grate the feta cheese and mix with the cream cheese until creamy, adding a little milk if desired. Press or finely chop the garlic and stir in, seasoning with salt and pepper. Divide the mixture in half and stir the ajvar into one half. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into both mixtures. Refrigerate for about 4 hours. Serve on a plate with an ice cream scoop and serve with flatbread or baguette. This also works well for grilling.
