Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 baguette(s) (baguette rolls)
  • 4 slice(s) of cheese, preferably Gouda or a handful of grated cheese
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 small can of pineapple, in pieces, drained
  • 1 packet of hollandaise sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Slice the baguettes, top with ham and pineapple, drizzle with some of the sauce, and top with cheese. Close the baguettes and bake until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
