Small flatbread teriyaki

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small flatbread(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 g turkey meat
  • 4 tbsp sauce (teriyaki sauce)
  • 1 large mushroom
  • 4 cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 slices of feta cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with sheep’s cheese and mushrooms

Cut the flatbread in half (not all the way through, leave one corner closed) and place the halves on the toaster. Then place the halves on top and bottom again. Add olive oil to a pan and heat. Meanwhile, wash the turkey, drain well, and cut into small pieces. When the heat is sufficient, add the meat and cook. When the meat is more or less cooked through, pour teriyaki sauce over it. Spread the flatbread halves with cream cheese. Wash and chop the mushrooms, tomatoes, and lettuce, and place them in the flatbread. Cut the feta cheese into small pieces and place it in the pan. Finally, add the meat and fold the bread together.
