Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 rolls (baked baguette rolls)
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 slices of cheese (Gouda)
  • 4 tsp remoulade
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Halve the rolls, place them on a baking sheet, and spread with remoulade sauce. Drain the tuna and shred it on a plate with a fork. Arrange it on the rolls and season with salt and pepper. Slice the onion and tomatoes and arrange the tomatoes first, then the onion, on top of the tuna. Fold the cheese slices lengthwise and place them on the roll halves. Place the rolls in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
