Dready's ham and cheese baguette with coleslaw and egg

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s) for baking
  • 4 slices of cheese (Gouda), young
  • 2 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • some remoulade
  • some tomato ketchup
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 3 tbsp lettuce (coleslaw)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bake the baguette according to the package instructions (you may need to reduce the baking time to prevent it from overcooking). Then slice the baguette, spread the Gouda cheese on both sides, and place it in the oven at 180°C (fan oven) for a few minutes until the cheese is melted. Spread two strips of remoulade on the bottom of the baguette and two strips of ketchup on the top. Place the cooked ham on the bottom of the baguette. Slice the egg and place it on top of the ham. Spread the coleslaw on the baguette and close the lid.
