Fried avocado with feta and tomato

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • n. B. spring onion(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the avocado and remove the pit, e.g., by hitting it with a knife and levering out the pit. Peel the avocado and cut into approximately 1 cm strips. Wash the tomato, remove the stem, and cut into eighths. Cut the feta into approximately 2 x 2 cm cubes. Fry the avocado and tomato in a grill pan on level 7.5 on an induction hob for approximately 5 minutes. Add the feta 1-2 minutes before the end of the cooking time and fry briefly. Serve on a plate garnished with spring onions. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
