Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g ham sausage, fine
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small leek(s)
  • 5 gherkins
  • 2 eggs, boiled
  • 1 apple
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 ml crème fraîche with herbs, light
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Mustard
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Hearty sausage salad with cream dressing and apple

Cut all ingredients into very fine strips, place in a large bowl, and pour the marinade over them. Mix everything well and let it marinate. We like to serve this with fried potatoes.
