Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, waxy
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 50 minutes

Boil and peel the potatoes. New potatoes are best. Peel the spring onions and slice them into rings. Mix the sour cream with just salt and pepper. The amount of sour cream depends on your taste and the type of potato. Slice the cooled potatoes and mix them with the spring onions and sour cream. If possible, refrigerate for one to two hours. It can also be eaten immediately. The most important thing for this potato salad is the high-quality potatoes.
