Three kinds of chocolate cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 150 g white sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 260 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g chocolate, whole milk
  • 100 g white chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Using a hand mixer, beat softened butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix flour and baking powder, sift over the egg and butter mixture, and briefly fold in. Chop the three types of chocolate and mix in. Using 2 teaspoons, place 32 small mounds on the baking sheet. Leave space between them to allow for spread. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 15 minutes. Let cookies cool slightly before removing from the baking sheet.
