Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (ear or tube pasta)
- 100 g ham, diced
- 150 g spinach, chopped, or creamed spinach
- 10 g butter
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled
- 250 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp thyme
- 5 tbsp cheese (Emmental)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta, drain, and transfer to a buttered casserole dish. Mix the ham and spinach with the pasta. Peel and finely chop the eggs, and mix with the cream. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and half of the herbs. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 200°C for approximately 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the dish with the remaining herbs.
