  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 6 Vienna sausages
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed, approx. 500 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

for a casserole dish

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) top/bottom heat. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Slice the sausages. Combine the eggs, cream, and some of the cheese with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix everything well in a casserole dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, season the passata to taste and bring to a boil. If you like, you can of course make a more elaborate tomato sauce. I always do it when the mood takes me.
