Sandwich with mozzarella, tomatoes and Parma ham

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 slices of sandwich toast
  • 3 plum tomatoes
  • 100 g Parma ham
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Wash the tomatoes and slice them lengthwise. Wash the arugula, shake it dry, and roughly chop it, removing the stems. Slice the mozzarella. Top two slices of sandwich bread with tomatoes, sprinkle with arugula, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Then place the Parma ham and mozzarella on the bread, season with salt, and pepper. Place the remaining two slices of sandwich bread on top and toast in the sandwich toaster for 3 minutes.
