Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour, wheat flour type 1050 or 405
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar
  • 5 tomatoes, dried in oil, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 2 tbsp pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

quick and easy

Mix all ingredients with a dough hook to form a yeast dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Then shape it into a loaf, score it, and let it rise for another 15 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25-30 minutes.
