Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 cups of cream
- 10 small meringues, crushed
- 1 pack of brittle
- 1 bar of dark chocolate, grated
- 2 packs of chopped almonds
- 1 cake base (sponge cake)
- possibly cream stiffener
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Toast the almonds with a little butter and let cool. Mix with the brittle, chocolate, and meringues. Whip the cream (with cream stiffener if desired) and fold it into the mixture. Place a cake ring on a cake base, pour in the mixture, and freeze for 2-3 hours. If you let it freeze for longer, you’ll have to wait a little longer to eat it.
