  • 12 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 200 g low-fat cream cheese with garlic and herbs
  • 6 tbsp low-fat yogurt
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the celery, remove the leaves, and roughly chop the stalks. Trim the fat from the ham. Place the slices on a board, then wrap a piece of celery in each slice. Place 3 ham rolls in a small ovenproof dish. Trim and finely chop the spring onions. Sprinkle over the ham rolls. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the cream cheese with the yogurt and spread the mixture over the rolls. Preheat the grill. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese over each dish. Grill the gratins on the middle rack for 7-8 minutes, until the cheese forms a golden brown crust. If the cheese browns too quickly, simply reduce the heat. Tastes best with crusty white bread.
