Broccoli salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 handful of sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 7 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of baking soda
  • 1 handful of fried onions
  • black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Suitable as a gift for barbecue parties

Divide the broccoli into individual florets, place in water, add salt and baking soda, bring to a boil, and simmer for about one minute. Drain the broccoli and rinse with cold water. Mix the yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, and white balsamic vinegar into a sauce. Add the broccoli, sunflower seeds, and fried onions, stir, and season with salt and black pepper.
