Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 4 tbsp salt
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
- 1 cube of stock
- 1 jar mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Cook whole potatoes, peel off the skin, and chop them into small pieces. Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add the chopped potatoes and stir into the sauce. Let it stand to infuse. The sauce will taste quite spicy at first, but once it’s infused with the potatoes, it improves. If you’re not sure, you can also just add 2 tablespoons of salt and 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
