Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 pancakes, pancakes, homemade or ready-made
- 600 g spinach, frozen creamed spinach
- 250 g mushrooms, freshly fried or from the jar
- 250 g cheese, grated
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Thaw and warm the spinach, and season with nutmeg if desired. Place the first pancake in a round baking dish and spread 2 tablespoons of spinach on top. Arrange the mushroom flakes, sprinkle with grated cheese, then place the next pancake on top, and repeat the topping process until all the pancakes are used. Sprinkle only the top pancake with grated cheese. Bake the casserole in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Slice into portions like a cake. Serve with a fresh salad.
