Bread with oat bran and curd

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g oat bran, fine or coarse, as desired
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp bread spice mix
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Metabolic cure

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for approximately 50-60 minutes.
