Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta (fork spaghetti)
- 1 meat sausage (turkey)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 jar of cornichon(s), or chili cucumbers
- Balsamic vinegar, white
- salt and pepper
- e.g. herb(s) (garden herbs), or steak or gyro seasoning
- 1 ½ liters of broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 20 minutes
Another one, but low in fat, simple and delicious
Cook the spaghetti in the broth, then drain and let cool. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Meanwhile, trim the spring onions and cut them into thin rings, the sausage into thin strips, and the cucumber into small cubes. Mix into the lukewarm pasta and season with balsamic vinegar and spices to taste. Cover and let stand for at least half a day, preferably overnight. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
