delicious, quick to make, party snack

For the pizza dough, mix all ingredients in a bowl with enough water to form a firm, pliable dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough thinly and cut out small round circles (use a glass to help you). Briefly simmer the tomato sauce with salt, pepper, and harissa (or parsley and basil if desired), then season to taste. Peel the peppers and dice the onion. Halve the salami or ham and cheese. Slice the eggs. Place the tomato sauce and all other ingredients in the center of the dough circles, fold them together, and press firmly. Place the calzones in the preheated oven on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes at 180-200°C.
