Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cod fillets
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 cloves garlic
- n. B. Ras el Hanout
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Sugar, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with Ras el Hanout
Brown the cod fillets in oil. For the sauce, peel and finely dice the onion. Sauté in oil and then add the tomato paste. Briefly fry, then deglaze with the tomatoes and add the chickpeas, crushed garlic, and a little ras el hanout. Simmer and season to taste. Serve with the fish fillets. Serve with a salad, for example.
