Tortellini and vegetable pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tortellini, fresh
  • salt water
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 can pineapple with juice
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 cup processed cheese
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • possibly curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

with pineapple cheese sauce

Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the onion and sauté in a saucepan until translucent. Dice the zucchini and bell pepper, slice the mushrooms, add them, and sauté. Dice the cooked ham and add it with the can of pineapple. Season with salt and pepper. When everything is cooked, add the cream cheese and whipped cream. Finally, carefully fold in the tortellini. If you like, you can also season the whole thing with curry. Thai curry works best with this.
