Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh or from the can
- 2 onions
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
- 400 g beef or turkey, shredded
- 200 ml meat broth
- 150 g sour cream
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 100 g gherkins
- 3 tbsp cucumber juice
- ½ bunch of dill
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Quarter the mushrooms and finely dice the onions. Heat the clarified butter in a pan. Season the meat with salt and pepper and brown over high heat, turning occasionally, then remove. Add the mushrooms and onions to the pan and fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Add the meat and broth and bring to a boil. Combine the sour cream and starch, stir into the minced meat, and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Finely chop the cucumbers and add them to the pan with the liquid. Chop the dill sprigs and stir in. I like to serve this with spaetzle.
