Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g strawberries
- 300 g melon(s) (watermelon)
- 100 ml juice (elderberry juice)
- 100 ml grape juice
- 100 ml milk, low-fat
- 5 g ginger
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Rinse the strawberries, peel the ginger, and scoop out the melon flesh from the skin and dice it. Then puree the strawberries, melon flesh, and ginger with the juices. Heat the milk and froth it. Ladle the soup into cappuccino cups and top with milk foam.
