Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 m.-large lettuce
  • 1 large red bell pepper(s)
  • 250 g chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • ¾ pack of salad seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 m.-large Pepper
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • e.g. instant chicken broth
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • 1 pack of croutons (small packet)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Green salad with chicken breast strips and herb sour cream dressing

Wash and trim the lettuce as usual. Dice the feta cheese. Trim and finely chop the peppers. Trim the bell peppers, cut into strips, and cut them in half. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chicken breast strips and bell pepper strips. Prepare the dressing in a bowl: Combine the sour cream and 3/4 packet of salad seasoning. Season to taste with chicken broth, salt, pepper, and paprika (tip: 1 teaspoon of honey also works well). Add all other ingredients and serve.
