Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 50 ml olive oil
- n. B. Water, warm
- 1 cup sour cream
- some stalks of nettles, and/or ground elder, purslane, oregano, thyme, wild garlic, arugula, dandelion flowers
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 200 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- possibly bacon, sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water. Mix with the remaining ingredients and enough water to form a soft, but not sticky, dough. Let it rise for 1 hour, then knead thoroughly and roll it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread with sour cream, salt, and pepper. If you want to serve the pizza with bacon, you can chop it up and spread it on the sour cream. Wash, dry, and chop the wild herbs (I only use the yellow petals of the dandelion flowers). Spread the herbs on the pizza. Mix the olive oil with the crushed garlic and salt and sprinkle over the pizza (amount to your taste). Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the pizza at 180°C for 30-35 minutes (depending on the oven) until golden brown. Tip: You can use any edible herbs that grow in your garden!
