Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s) (approx. 100 g)
  • 400 ml juice (elderberry juice)
  • 100 ml Amaretto
  • 300 ml grape juice, red
  • 200 ml raspberry juice
  • 500 g gelling sugar (3:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, blend for 5 seconds on speed 4, and cook for 5 minutes on speed 1 with the whisk attachment at 100°C. Skim off any foam, if necessary, and immediately pour into jars. Screw on lids and let cool upside down.
