Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg cranberries
- 600 g sugar
- 50 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes
suitable for example with game dishes or as a spread
Wash and sort the cranberries. Then, while stirring, bring to a boil with water and sugar (regular household sugar, not gelling sugar). Let it simmer for 3 minutes. Pour into prepared jars. Makes about 7 jars of 200 ml each. The cranberry jam is perfect with game dishes, baked Camembert, desserts, or simply as a spread.
