Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 gingerbread (mini Elisenlebkuchen), or gingerbread in flower shape
  • 1 wafer roll
  • frosting
  • Marzipan paste
  • Food coloring, orange, or mix red and yellow
  • n. B. Sugar sprinkles (sprinkle decoration)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

as table decoration or small souvenir

Glue the wafer roll to the Elisen gingerbread with icing. Then, knead the marzipan and food coloring together to form small flames and place them on the wafer rolls. Decorate the Elisen gingerbread with sprinkles if desired. This makes a great table decoration during Advent and Christmas, and can also be eaten if someone isn’t full.
