Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 pack of parsley, frozen
  • Salt
  • Pepper, colored, from the mill
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with feta

Cut the feta cheese into very small pieces, dice the onion, and press the garlic through a garlic press. Mix all ingredients well. I use my hands for this, but if you don’t want to, you can also use a food processor. Add the breadcrumbs a little at a time to get a better feel for how much you really need. (Sometimes a cup is already too much.) Form the dough into patties of the desired size, heat oil in a pan, and fry the patties on both sides until cooked through. The outside should be nice and dark brown, but the inside should still be soft. Tip: When I make double the batch, I use 500g of ground turkey. You can also add other spices and mustard, but we like them best this way. We like to serve them with bacon-wrapped beans, parsley potatoes, and a small tomato salad.
