Mozzarella and date salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 packs of mozzarella
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 8 dates
  • Spice mix for tomato and mozzarella
  • Mustard (Weißwurst mustard) or regular mustard mixed with a little honey
  • basil pesto
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Vegetarian

Dice the mozzarella, quarter the tomatoes, for example, finely chop the arugula, and thinly slice the spring onions. Cut the dates into small pieces or rings. Combine everything in a bowl, adding the mozzarella last. Sprinkle with the tomato and mozzarella seasoning, then mix everything together. Combine the mustard, pesto, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste and drizzle over the salad.
