Cook the lasagna sheets in boiling salted water until al dente, drain well, and place individually on a cutting board. Top each sheet with a slice of ham, arrange 5-8 green beans on top (depending on thickness), and sprinkle with a little savory. Season with salt and pepper, and roll up. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Grease a baking dish with butter and place the rolls next to each other. Whisk the cream, egg yolk, and Parmesan cheese thoroughly, then season with nutmeg, pepper, and salt. Place the mozzarella slices in the center of the rolls and spread the egg and cheese mixture over the rolls. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 20-25 minutes.
