Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 ml whipped cream
- 1 shot of milk
- 3 tbsp dill, tips finely chopped
- 2 tbsp herbs de Provence
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 tsp pepper
- 500 g pasta
- 100 g cheese
- 50g mozzarella
- 1 pack of cooked ham
- 1 can/n peas and roots (yellow beets)

Delicious casserole, but quite fatty
Preheat the oven to about 200 degrees Celsius and prepare a casserole dish. Boil water and cook the pasta in it until al dente. Meanwhile, heat the cream and milk in a small saucepan, stir in the dill and seasonings (preferably to taste). Then stir in a little cheese (and a piece of mozzarella, if desired) and let it melt. Finally, add the diced ham and vegetables and stir briefly. Divide the pasta into the casserole dish and pour the sauce over it, ensuring all the pasta is covered. Sprinkle with cheese (including mozzarella if desired) and return the whole thing to the oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
