Nutella banana cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 sponge cake
  • 500 g quark
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 small jar of Nutella, 450 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Whip the cream. Add the quark, Nutella, and a mashed banana and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly over the cake base and decorate with the other chopped banana. Refrigerate. This recipe can also be made without the banana; it tastes just as good.
