Pizza gnocchi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 spring onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 100g salami
  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 3 tsp, heaped pesto
  • 50 g cheese, e.g. Parmesan
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • rosemary
  • oregano

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

super simple and variable

Wash and chop the vegetables. Slice the spring onions into long rings, finely chop the garlic, thinly slice the mushrooms, chop the bell peppers into small pieces, and cut the salami into thin strips. Add a splash of olive oil to a large pan and fry the spring onions and garlic. After about a minute, add the remaining vegetables and the salami and fry. When the salami is crispy, add the gnocchi to the pan and season. Continue frying, stirring occasionally, until the gnocchi are browned. When the gnocchi is golden brown, add the pesto and grated cheese, and mix thoroughly. When the cheese is melted, serve. 550 kcal per serving.
