Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g cod fillet(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 50 g leek
- 1 egg(s)
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp Dill, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mince the fish in a food processor or with a hand blender. Dice the bell pepper and finely chop the leek. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Season well with salt and pepper. Fry in batches in a pan with hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
