Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g tuna, fresh
  • 2 tbsp, distilled oil (peanut oil)
  • some salt
  • some pepper, freshly ground, black
  • some coriander, freshly ground
  • some lime juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Lightning court!

Season the tuna with salt, pepper, and coriander, and drizzle with a little lime juice. Heat a heavy pan and add the peanut oil. Sear the tuna steak for about 2-3 minutes at a time. Serve with a fiery, fruity dip, a salad, and a slice of baguette.
