Vegetable stew with cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g potatoes
  • 1 tsp butter or margarine
  • 1 package of vegetables (farmer’s vegetables, 300 g, frozen)
  • ½ liter vegetable broth
  • 100 g tomato sauce with herbs
  • ½ bunch parsley, flat
  • 1 slice(s) processed cheese, reduced fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and chop the potatoes, then sauté them briefly in fat. Add the broth and vegetables and cook for 10-15 minutes. Stir in the tomato sauce and add the chopped parsley. Dice the cheese and top with the mixture.
