Gnocchi and minced meat pan with basil

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of gnocchi, approx. 500 g
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • ½ bunch basil
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • Garlic
  • pepper
  • chili powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Thyme
  • oregano
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Homemade, quick to prepare

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Dice the tomatoes and pick the basil leaves. Brown the minced meat in a pan with hot oil. Add the gnocchi and mushrooms and fry. Pour in the broth. Stir in the tomato paste and season to taste. Bring to a boil. Stir in the tomatoes and simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in the basil just before serving.
