Applesauce and yogurt bundt cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g butter, soft
  • 160 g brown sugar
  • 160 g white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 340 g applesauce
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • some powdered sugar for dusting
  • 185 g vanilla yogurt
  • 340 g flour
  • Fat and flour for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Cream the softened butter with the brown and white sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well. Gradually add the vanilla sugar, applesauce, and vanilla yogurt. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease and flour a Bundt cake pan. In a bowl, combine the flour, ground almonds, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add the flour mixture to the butter, sugar, and egg mixture and mix until smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt cake pan and bake in the oven for about 60 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan for at least 60 minutes before turning it out. Dust with powdered sugar.
