- 200 g mixed leaf salad
- 150 g bell pepper(s), red
- 50 g chicken breast, skinless, fried
- 30 ml orange juice
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Dinner
Trim, wash, and shred the lettuce. Wash, deseed, and slice the bell peppers. Shred the chicken breast and spread it over the salad. For the dressing, combine the orange juice, oil, mustard, salt, and pepper. Then pour it over the salad with the chicken breast and mix thoroughly.
