Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g pork for goulash, diced
- 2 onions
- 275 ml red wine
- ½ liter vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat oil in a pan and sear the pork. Dice the onions and add them. After about 5 minutes, deglaze with the red wine and add the broth. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer for 90 minutes, then thicken the sauce with cornstarch, simmer briefly, and season to taste. Serve with pasta.
