Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of Chinese cabbage
- 300 g minced meat
- salt and pepper
- Soy sauce
- possibly sauce thickener

Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips. Fry the minced cabbage in a large pot until crumbly, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add all of the Chinese cabbage; be sure not to add any liquid, as the cabbage releases a lot of water! Mix the Chinese cabbage with the minced cabbage. Cook with the lid on over medium heat until the Chinese cabbage has collapsed and is soft. Season with soy sauce to your taste; I particularly like it with a strong soy sauce flavor. If there is still a lot of liquid in the pot, thicken with a sauce thickener. Basmati or jasmine rice goes very well with this recipe, as their strong flavor gives the recipe an even more special touch.
