Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced meat, half and half
- 250 g pasta (spirelli or penne)
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- ⅛ pack of Italian herbs, frozen
- 50 g cheese, grated
- 2 packs of herb butter
- some parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
First, cook the pasta al dente. Halve the tomatoes. Brown the minced meat in a pan (I use a wok) with the herb butter. Then add the cooked pasta and cook for a few minutes. Next, add the herbs and tomatoes. The tomatoes should only be warmed through at this point; they shouldn’t lose their bite. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Tip: You could also add a little crème fraîche to enhance the flavor, but it tastes just fine without it.
