Leek noodles with meatballs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 4 stalk(s) leeks
  • butter
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the ground meat with salt, pepper, and paprika, and form into balls about 2 cm in size. Trim and thinly slice the leek. Brown the meatballs on all sides in a pan with butter. Fry the leek in butter in another pan until tender. Season with salt and plenty of paprika. Cook the pasta “al dente” according to the package instructions and drain. Return the pasta to the pot along with the meatballs and leek and mix well.
