Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 tbsp oil for frying
- 150 g minced meat, mixed
- salt and pepper
- 250 g Schupfnudeln from the refrigerated section
- 100 g cherry tomatoes or other small tomatoes
- 25 g cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp sour cream or crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Heat oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Add the dumplings to the minced meat and fry for about 3 minutes, turning occasionally. Halve the tomatoes and add them. Fry for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sour cream into a bowl and stir in the cheese. Sprinkle the parsley over the dumplings. Serve on two plates and serve with the sour cream.
