Baked mushrooms

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 20 large mushrooms
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean the mushrooms with a paper towel; do not wash them. Cut out the stems and finely dice. Finely chop the parsley. Sauté the chopped stems with the crushed garlic clove in butter. Season with salt and pepper, and add the breadcrumbs. Let cool slightly. Mix in the Parmesan cheese and parsley. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture and bake at 250°C until golden brown.
