- 24 large mushrooms
- 115 g liver(s) – pâté, soft
- 1 shallot(s), finely chopped
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 50 g cheese, grated hard cheese

Preheat oven to 205°C. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and roughly chop them. Reserve the mushroom caps. Combine the stem pieces, shallot, liver pâté, and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for 6 minutes. Serve.
